Statutory rights :- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing :- Upon receiving the order form, an ID number will be allocate and emailed to you along with the total cost of our work (inclusive of all charges). 70% Deposit will be required to initiate domain registration and project preparation.

Delivery :- We will apply best efforts to have your site ready within 10 working days from receipt of your site contents (depending on the project size).

Cancellation rights :- Either party shall have the right to cancel contract, within 7 days, from the date of the order. In the event of termination, refund of any monies paid will be made available after deduction of domain fees or hosting or premium template costs.

Payments policy :- An invoice will be issued up to the total value of the order minus deposit, after 7 days of the site being live. We retain the right to remove a site should any invoice remain outstanding for more than 28 days. Payments should be made by cheque or debit card or via our online payment portals. Cheque made payable to Jilabeeyah Limited.

Refusal :- CyberWebSpider retain the right to refuse any customers order, that does not meet the requirements.

Site Publishing :- A temporary web forwarding of your domain will be created for site proofing and client viewing. Site will be made live to its designated domain upon receipt of payment in full.

Website Updates :- CyberWebSpider will alter / correct any text and make minor changes to your website free of charge for a period of 30 days from the date the site went live, after this period our standard maintenance charges apply.
